The Arbors
Blackstone Block Architects developed a series of prototype house plans for this luxury 118 acre development on rolling woodland and meadows, adjacent to Nashoba Brook and Acton's Spring Hill conservation area.
Each house contains two or three condominium units. Houses are clustered in cul-de-sacs, leaving the majority of the site as undisturbed woodland.
